1.Survitec (MP) Membrane nitrogen generation system
Since the end of 1980, Survitec has provided the marine market with Unitor-Generon membrane nitrogen generation system (Unitor) technology solutions. Using hollow fiber technology, the Unitor nitrogen generator system can achieve nitrogen purity of 95% to 99.9%. The hollow fiber membrane module also includes a system to provide a nitrogen generator, which will ensure that our solution is effective, reliable, safe, and cost-effective to protect your ship and cargo.
Operators of chemical and natural gas tankers, offshore supply ships, and refrigerated vessels all prefer the reliability and high performance of the Unitor nitrogen generator system, which can provide a high level of safety protection for your valuable goods. The application range of the system can be adapted to various types of inert gas systems.
Our nitrogen generator has a capacity from 10 m3/h to 6000 m3/h, providing nitrogen purity from 95% to 99.9%, and a dew point of - 70 ℃.
The system can be installed on various types of cargo tanks that require clean, dry inert gases and maintain a non explosive atmosphere to protect the cargo or prevent insulation damage caused by ice formation on LNGC ships.
2.Survitec (Unitor) Nitrogen bottle system
The nitrogen cylinder system of Unitor is a system with a central cylinder storage device and a distribution line with a pressure relief device. The gas cylinder is fixed to the bulkhead by a specially designed fastening assembly. These components are easy to install, use, and replace empty cylinders. Each gas cylinder is connected to the manifold through a high-pressure hose and a check valve. Valves allow the isolation, exchange, or deletion of gas cylinders without affecting the entire operating system. The standard manifold for Unitor consists of a portion of stainless steel and brass that connects the inlets of two or four gas cylinders. Busbars can be easily connected to each other, creating a collection run for a larger system.
